C-SMILES

C- SMILES is the online platform to enrich the talents of students, which was launched during the COVID era to promote the extracurricular activities in online mode. C- SMILES is an acronym for Corporate Educational Agency Students Movement in Learning with Enjoyment and Sharing. The C- SMILES e-magazine was also instituted, including the major activities of schools and the creative writings of both students and teachers, as there was no medium to express the talents and events held at schools. This e-magazine compiles each month's content based on various themes and conducts many competitions through this platform.

Counselling Programme

Counseling programmes for students, especially for the students of high school and higher secondary, are conducted by this institution in association with schools for giving psychological support as it is the need of the era. It is not just for those who are struggling with mental health issues and necessary part of student life, but it’s often overlooked. A panel of experts in this area visits schools and meets the students. Counselling provides students with an opportunity to talk about their problems and thoughts in a safe space. It also helps them identify their strengths and weaknesses, which can aid them in making a better future.

Moral Science Classes

Moral science classes are conducted in all schools. Moral Science encourages students to develop values and attitudes so they will be motivated to do the right thing, especially when it's difficult. An examination is conducted annually based on the prescribed syllabus and textbooks. The students who secure the highest marks will be honoured on the occasion of the annual staff meeting, Sadgamaya, of the Corporate Educational Agency.

On-Going Formation 

There are various training programmes follow up programmes held for both the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Corporate Educational Agency. The training programmes mainly aim for the enhancement of professional growth and development for better productivity according to the need of the era in the teaching-learning process. We provide the latest knowledge and technical assistance for our staff for the smooth and sharp running of both systems, that are, institutions and the educational aspects.   The Corporate Educational Agency takes it as a long-term activity that focuses on the teaching-learning goal. It also can be defined as the process of honing, developing, and learning new skills that align with the goals and vision of the Corporate Educational Agency.

Campus Against Substance Abuse (CASA)

Campus Against Substance Abuse (CASA) is an association of students in the schools under CEADoM with the aim of vanishing narcotics from the campus. CASA works at schools in association with KCBC Madhya Virudha Samithi to vanish out drugs and narcotics among school students. They conduct many programmes and competitions as methods of awareness among the students on various occasions. There are constant follow-ups and updations ongoing in all the schools regarding this matter aiming to make the students well aware of the substance use disorder.

Vijaya Jyothi

Vijaya Jyothi is a special coaching programme for students to ensure success in L.S.S., U.S.S., and other competitive examinations held at various levels. These intensive coaching methods are implemented with the co-operation of all the teachers and the resource persons.

The Mananthavady Corporate School Staff Co-operative Society Ltd.

The Mananthavady Corporate School Staff Co-operative Society Ltd. is registered under Kerala Co-Operative Societies Act 1969 and started its function on 4 March 1997. The aim of this Co-operative society is to provide assistance to the development and welfare of the aided educational employees working under the Diocese of Mananthavady. The society provides different credit schemes to its members at a lower rate of interest with easy terms and conditions. An emergency credit facility is available to the members and also offers diversified deposit schemes at attractive rates of interest, to its members and the general public including G. D.C.S.
